Not really sure what that says about me, but the point is simple, I spent A LOT of time on Pinterest perusing recipes from my favorite bloggers. The fact that I have NEVER hosted Thanksgiving, cooked a turkey, or done anything other than contribute a dish or pie, well.. irrelevant😜.
I did the work… so now you don’t have to. If you’re looking for a last minute Thanksgiving feast addition, you’ve come to the right place. I do want to make one disclaimer.. the title “Healthy Whole Food Thanksgiving Recipes” maaaaaay be a bit of a stretch, but I wanted the title to match all of my other roundup posts. I’m weird like that. Whole-food does not always = low calorie. I usually try to remain VERY aware of fat, calories, sugar content, prep time, etc. when creating recipes for Simply Sissom, buuuuut… it’s Thanksgiving! No funky additives, no refined sugar but LOTS of butter, cream, and other indulgent ingredients, enjoy!!!
