Welcome to the BEST OF MARCH where we officially say, HELLO April (a.k.a Spring Break, Easter and a little bit of warm weather!!!). First, let’s recap all the delicious things that we made and the cool things that have been happening around Simply Sissom in the last month.
Let’s get started with what I made in the kitchen in March. SPOILER, the past month was all about SUPER SIMPLE. With a major kitchen renovation happening, fancy and complicated just haven’t been an option (not that I’m complaining). In fact.. I may or may not have made dinner one evening in the office with a toaster and plastic spoon (see sweet potato toast).

- I tried out FB Live a few more times this month. My favorite by far was batch prepping yogurt chicken with pesto cauliflower (just ignore the part where I have NO IDEA how to use my Mom’s stove).
