Let's get started with what I made in the kitchen in February. SPOILEr, the past month was all about freezable batch-prep friendly recipes (i.e. breakfast sandwiches, quick dinners and simple ingredients).

February Happenings:
- So, after MONTHS of working up the nerve, I finally gave FB live a shot. It was scary and awkward and WAY out of my comfort zone, buuuuut.. I got a lot of positive feedback (thank you for that). Sooo, from now on, Thursdays around 1:15 look for me to pop on to FB to share 1 or 2 simple real food recipes. I don't post these videos to the blog or YouTUBE so if you don't want to miss it, make sure you Follow Simply Sissom on Facebook. If you didn't catch the first 2 .. you can find them by scrolling down my Facebook page. (NOTE.. you can get a downloadable PDF of the recipes I share by clicking on the link I provide in the description of each video!!)
CRAVINGS:
I'm going to level with you, gray Winter weather has got me longing for Spring time! I'm craving fresh veggies, salads, and recipes that don't require a spoon. Going into March you can expect a couple of special Easter oriented recipes and lots of light fresh lunch and dinner options!
