    Welcome to the BEST OF OCTOBER POST where we officially say HELLO Thanksgiving Food (AKA.. pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce, turkey, mashed potatoes and everything else that is good and wonderful in the world)! First lets recap all the delicious things that we made and the cool things that have been happening around Simply Sissom in the last month.

    Let's get started with what I made in the kitchen in October. SPOILER... the past month was all about the pumpkin.

    Did you give any of these recipes a try this month? Picking a favorite is tough this time. The Pumpkin Whoopie Pies were undeniably delicious, but I think that the 4-Ingredient Salsa Verde Chicken is my final pick because, well... it has 4 ingredients!
