- 4 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey, raw
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- POPSICLES: Combine cherries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicles molds. Let freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen through.
- DARK CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE: In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil. Heat mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring frequently. Continue until texture is smooth and creamy.
