Dark Chocolate Cherry Popsicles

  • 4 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey, raw
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. POPSICLES: Combine cherries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicles molds. Let freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen through.
  2. DARK CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE: In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil. Heat mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring frequently. Continue until texture is smooth and creamy.
