  • 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (purchase gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 2 - 3 TBS honey (depending on level of sweetness desired)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp flax seed (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
