Quick Pesto Rotisserie Chicken Wraps are delicious, simple and full of flavor.  Juicy chicken smothered in creamy pesto sauce + fresh veggies and crispy greens rolled into a fresh tortilla - the perfect wrap to enjoy for lunch or dinner. 


  • 1/2  pound shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 of a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • (4) 10" burrito size flour tortillas
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
  • 1 small head Romaine lettuce, chopped


  1. Make the Chicken Salad. In a large bowl, combine chicken, red onion, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. 
  2. Add some sauce. To the same large mixing bowl, add basil pesto and Caesar dressing. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Assemble the wrap. Place tortilla onto a piece of parchment paper. Add cheese, romaine lettuce and top with 1/4 of the chicken salad mixture. 
  4. Fold the wrap. Fold in the sides of the wrap until they almost touch (leave about an inch or so between them). Bring up the bottom flap, then continue to roll. Wrap in parchment paper.
