Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 english cucumber, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 1/2 TBS mayo
  • 1 1/2 TBS whole milk yogurt, plain
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 TBS fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Enjoy!
