10 Healthy Whole-Food Halloween Treats that are "Pintrest Worthy."
Halloween is For. Sure. one of my kids favorite holidays. I mean TONS of free candy, endless costume choices, what's not to love?
If you're a kid that is.
If we are going to be completely honest with ourselves, giving our children buckets of candy and allowing them to gorge themselves is not the most stellar of parenting decisions.
With that said... are my kids going to trick or treat, collect candy, trade it and eat it? You bet!
Since I know that they are going to be getting quite the sugar fix Halloween night, I'm going to REALLY make an effort to bring some balance to the week by making sure that I'm watching the sugar in-take.
That doesn't mean that we can't be festive! Here are some really cute healthy whole-food snack/class party/ Halloween gathering options that I found on Pinterest. The kids won't even miss the sugar!
