Low Effort Dinners
These are my go-to dinners when I want something fast that everyone will eat. Think 30 minutes or less of hands-on time, one-pot and one-pan dinners, and recipes that save time on prep or cleanup.
This probably goes without saying, but if it’s a low-effort night, use all the shortcuts. If the recipe calls for minced garlic or ginger, use frozen cubes. For rice, use frozen microwave rice. Pre-cut store-bought veggies can save a lot of time too.
